Just got my 36x24 canvas roll print and WOW, it looks beautiful. Fast turnaround time. Quality was terrific. My only complaint is the shipping with UPS, those guys don't care about anything but closing tickets. They just leave stuff on my front door step rain or shine, ready to be stolen. We process all our images at 150 dpi (PPI) Don't enlarge your image, we will take care of it. We do suggest you send sRGB, the highest quality JPG format.

We are using eco-solvent ink, even if we don't guarantee for outdoor usage you can gently clean your mural it with a water based solution. It's also resistant to scratch and fingerprints.
